Hello,
You may be here because something inside you knows it doesn’t have to keep feeling this way. Trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress can quietly shape how we think, feel, and move through the world—often long after the original experiences have passed. Therapy can be a place where those patterns are not only understood, but gently transformed.
I am a licensed psychotherapist with experience supporting folks navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of overwhelming or painful life experiences. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are all invited into the process—at a pace that feels safe and respectful to you.
I draw from trauma-informed, person-centered talk therapy, somatic approaches, and Art Therapy to help clients access healing beyond words alone. Together, we may explore how your body holds stress or survival responses, use creative expression to give voice to what feels hard to articulate, and build insight through thoughtful, collaborative conversation. There is no “right” way to show up—your experience leads the way.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, attuned presence and my ability to meet them without judgment while still offering depth, structure, and meaningful tools for change. Whether you are working through past trauma, feeling stuck in anxiety or depression, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, therapy can be a space to reconnect with your inner resilience and sense of agency.
You don’t have to carry this alone. When you’re ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
